Cute, small location. Next to nishiki market and a lot of other stores and good restaurants. Very walkable. There is a cute mouse downstair in the lobby bc of the open area.

We stayed in a Hello Kitty room. Lots of hidden kitties. Everything we needed. Farther from transport than I would have liked, so we took taxis due to the typhoon. Grocery and convenience stores were not convenient.

Great room great bathroom all you would need for your stay and literally right by Nishiki market. Just wish they had some kind of receptionists there because book through Expedia and did not give me the option to pre register with the hotel so I had to do that in person on the phone.

Comfortable nice living area. However the check in location is different from the accommodation. Can provide some flexibility to allow for check in at the accommodation as well.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very nice automatic bathroom and although I am not a Hello Kitty fan, the decor was very tasteful and well designed. Downsides: A very steep staircase to the room, which is difficult with large or heavy bags. No staff onsite, so you had to rely on the informational booklets provided in the room and the check-in was a bit awkward; at an office near Kyoto station.

Property was super convenient being so close to Nishiki markets so we really appreciated that. The room itself was also relatively spacious but is really showing its age. The carpet especially looked so stained and the room had a really bad stench to it that we had to spray quite a bit of air freshener. Also we stayed on the ground floor and could hear everything (even footsteps) from the room above us, so don’t expect a quiet stay if you get the ground floor room.

This place was perfect for the 3 of us. Lots of room to relax and a great bath. The interior design and Japanese room made the stay feel very Kyoto and the room has a bunch of natural light. Location is amazing, only a few steps to Nishiki market, there were a ton of great local food options really close and a little further to the bus stop. Only issue I had was they sent the check in instructions in Japanese so I missed that we needed to check in at a different location. I'm not sure how that happened but just be sure to find the check in location near Kyoto station before you go to the hotel.

京都駅前のレセプションの方、宿まで送っていただいた方みなさんとても親切でした。宿のロケーションもさることながら、設備もすばらしかったです。最初は２階を予約していましたが、小さな子が同行し駆け回るので宿の方と相談して１階に変更しました。町家づくりで、音が響くので正解でした。他の方も書いていましたが、お風呂の壁が透明でとても美しいのですが、スペースがトイレとつながっていますので、誰かがお風呂に入るときにはトイレを使えないという点だけ少し不便でしたが、大した問題ではありませんでした。それより気になった点は、玄関までの細い廊下に喫煙所があるため、喫煙されている方がいるとたいへん煙いときがありました。外出するときはどうしても子どももそこを通らなくてはならないので、喫煙所をもう玄関に近いところにして、換気できるようになっているといいなと思いました。しかし、この宿の快適さを考えれば、取るに足らないことだと思います。また利用したいと思っています。

住宿地點與check in 地點雖然不同，但有接駁車，算是方便!住宿地點與錦市場非常近，交通便利，隔幾間有一間本地人開的小型咖啡店，很有特色，早餐好吃!最深刻的就是住宿的浴缸很先進，自動儲水，又有恒溫功能，值得一試!

I was worried about the main desk being separate from the actual location we were staying at, but they had baggage storage at both locations, the check in was easy, everyone provided lots of detail for us, and we got a free shuttle to our location where they made sure we got our keys and got in before leaving. The rooms were some of the most spacious we had during our time in Japan, with lots of amenities, and the location was so close to so many things. The information pamphlet helped direct us to multiple places we wanted to go so we could quickly check a lot off our list and explore Kyoto in a short time. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice with strong water pressure and warm water. Overall a great experience.

但201的睡房對著外街，晚上睡覺時有車經過會比較嘈，如果窗戶能做點隔音，減少左這樣的嘈音就最好不過了。

住宿非常方便，再錦市場3分鐘路程，間隔舒服，洗手間亦非常舒適，不過在checkin 方便較為麻煩，在不同地方check in 地點很難找，我帶着小孩足足揾了一小時，希望尋求幫助，但房東在五小時很才回覆！如果只是大人入住是沒有問題，不過有小孩就要細聲説話，因為房間回音很大，樓上樓下講嘢都聽得一清二楚

Während unserer Rundreise durch Japan, haben wir hier die beste Unterkunft gehabt. Prima check-in + Transfer. Sauber, modern und trotzdem traditionell. Mitten in Nishiki - nur wenige Meter in die Nishiki Food Markets - und doch ruhig. Mini-Superstores und Restaurants ums Eck wie auch Underground- Station. 4 Nächte waren wir hier ZU HAUS.

비용대비 시설은 그럭저럭, 입지조건은 최상 직원은 친절 숙소에 상주 직원이 없어 트러블 대응 어려움 일반 주택 개조하여 방음 전혀 안됨, 화장실 휴지 돌리는 소리 다 들릴정도 밤11시에 1층 거주 외국놈이 발소리 시끄럽다고 문을 부실듯이 두드리며 소리 질러서 와이프랑 애들이랑 완전 쫌, 직원없어서 난감했음... 문도 못열고 조용히 하겠다고 하고 애들 다 재워버림 두번은 안갈듯

Best accomodation in our whole Japan trip. Fantastic service with a free shuttle to accomodation from check in point including a lovely staff member providing tour advice. The apartment itself is exceptional. Huge by Japanese standards, very modern amenities, amazing location. We wish our stay here had been longer

ゆったりとしたスペースと落ち着いた色調で、京都らしい雰囲気を楽しめました。 設備で欲しかったものは、洗面器。 お風呂のお湯が、浸かるだけではもったいないので。 トイレが自動に開くのはいいのですが、洗面所やお風呂を利用するときも律儀に開閉するので気になりました。 錦市場の情報があれば尚良かったです。 19:00ごろにはお店が閉まり出してたので、もうちょっと早く行けばよかったと思いました。
