First, the hotel is beautiful and from the moment you walk in you just feel the warmness and attentiveness from the staff. The rooms are super spacious, clean, modern and even the hallways are nice. The bakery here is another level of goodness! Every pastry we had here from bagels, donuts and puff breads are so airy, light and delicious. This bakery alone is worth the stay. Then the restaurant downstairs is another highlight to this amazing hotel and the rooftop bar. Don’t be afraid to check it out after a long day out even if it’s cold because they give you a warm blanket to enjoy the air and decompress with a yummy cocktail that you can order with vouchers they give you for booking through Expedia. Perk! Then another amazing thing about this magnificent hotel is that when you come out of the hotel and turn left you are just a five minute walk from enjoying famous geisha district and the their shops/restaurant. 💯recommend to stay here. Loved the shower. My room was on the smaller side but that was fine with us. We were out and about most of the days anyway. I enjoyed the public bath facilities ( separate one for men and women). The water had to be 105 degrees Fahrenheit, it was great. It was relaxing after a day full of walking. My bed was a little hard but I'm very spoiled in my Purple bed at home. Plenty of items for breakfast. Anyway, great location, location, location.
