A beautiful temple just up the street. Very clean, luxurious stay, host provided everything, warm Japanese style jackets, full kitchen, big full size bathtub(rare in Japan), everything you could ask for while traveling. It made us feel like home while in Kyoto. Walking distance from Kyoto station(we walked, only 20 minutes, it was a nice walk to go through town), 2 mins from bike rental.
