The place was nice, lots of space luggage. Laundry situation was good, however there wasn’t any laundry soap, or hand soap. Dishes could be purchased I believe through the hotel. However, if you are not able to go up the historic steps or have trouble carrying your bag, it may not be an ideal location to stay in. There are no elevator as well. The room had space and we appreciated it. But the room and the bathroom were not clean, full of dust. The corridors are also very dirty and do not give a good impression of cleaness. Relatively basic self-contained apartment but had everything we needed, including a small kitchen and washer / dryer. It's in an exceptionally busy part of Kyoto however it's off the main Street and amazes us how quiet it was considering its location. Our mini apartment had a bathroom, kitchen facilities and washer and dryer. It was spacious. It's great it you're looking for something basic to rest in. Friendly staff and easy self check in and out. It's no hassle to find either.
