It is sooo convenient to Kyoto station. Plus, it's a super short walk to Higashi Honganji, which is also worth a visit. The staff were friendly and the room (we had a Japanese style room for 5 people) worked great for us. If you are visiting Kyoto area, this is definitely a place I'd recommend. There are also several nice coffee shops within walking distance-- we enjoyed the coffee culture in Kyoto.
