Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. My mistake didn't read the email, end up bit worry about the check-in but end up with Very Helpful staff to get the check-in problem solved. Overall is pretty good in location, clean, cozy, comfortable...... Bad is ONLY 1 shower/Bath. 2 Toilets. Ready for Long Q especially in d morning or after an exhausted day wish pampering with hot shower 😫 \*parking : need to park next Street (not far and much cheaper) instead of the parking lot next to Police Station. The price bit high (location) , I believe with car we can get a better one. Overall is Ok (really can't accept only 1 shower). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for an excellent stay. We had no issues finding the reception to get our key and staff there were very nice and friendly.
