Είναι χτισμένο σε πανοραμική θέση πάνω στη θάλασσα αγναντεύοντας το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος και την ακτογραμμή. Παράλληλα βρίσκεται δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια α πό το κέντρο του χωρίου και όλες τις κοντινές γαλαζοπράσινες κρυστάλλινες παραλίες.  
  
Είναι 50m², με ιδιωτική πλακώστρωτη αυλή 36 m² απολαμβάνοντας την θέα στη θάλασσα και τον ορίζοντα.
