The staff informed me the price was not inclusive the tax when arrived. And I do not have any choose even just around HK$100. I thought that would mention clear in the information. However, all the staffs were very nice and helpful.

This is an excellent budget stay, can't get better than this! They offer shuttle service, the rooms are big enough and clean, it is located by the water, etc.

I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...

Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Washer dryer in bathroom sounds odd but is actually quite useful. Quality coffee machine Food - lobby cafe in 19th is superb. Vfm tasty lunches and ala carte dinners. Buffets for the trealy hungry. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

The rooms are lovely, and the staff is incredibly helpful—there is always someone available when you need them. A big shout out to the doorman and security for their help with taxis. Breakfast can get quite busy, so expect a queue. The location is great for the stadium, though it is a bit of a walk from the MTR stations. While the shuttle bus is a nice touch, it doesn't run frequently enough to be truly helpful. Additionally, the road layout around the hotel is a bit awkward, meaning taxis often...

The day I arrived I asked them what times they go pick up from the airport and I didn't have to wait too long.I was booked in pretty quickly and was take. Up to my room the room had all the amenities apart from water but there was a bottle in the room where you could fill up from 2 water machines near the lifts.The breakfast buffet was lovely plenty to choose from.The hotel had a shuttle going to the MTR metro every 30mins and it was always packed it would do pick up to from from the MTR from ...

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

Loved our stay at the Courtyard Sha Tin. We requested adjoining rooms which was brilliant. Our Double Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds, and we appreciated the bathrobes and slippers. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, from Check in, concierge, breakfast, and housekeeping - all excellent. Really good choices at MoMo Restaurant for breakfast too. Cannot fault this Hotel, have recommended to others and will definitely return. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised. For a random independent hotel, for a good price, it was clean and spacious enough for my needs. Everything worked. the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Even had an area for taxis to pull in to load and unload. If I’m budget conscious, would stay here again.

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.
