"I can’t say enough good things. The staff were so lovely. The property was beautiful. Worth staying just for the architectural details. The building is historical and feels like a step back in history.
Every single staff member was fabulous. Friendly and helpful.
Only reason I gave the area a 4 star is because we did witness a bag snatching in the coles on queen street. It is in a city so be aware of your surroundings.
We walked to Southbank a few times and recommend it too.

"The Pullman is extremely convenient to the airports. The wine and food is excellent. The executive room extends your suite with a spacious space to share with guests or watch the planes. Only burden is the $40 parking fee for overnight. However if you are dining at the hotel you have 3 hours free parking."
