There was only the 2 of us staying for the weekend, but it could have allowed a couple of visitors for dinner if we wanted to (furniture on balcony and inside). The only downside was the bed, as the mattress probably needed replacing. Other than that, there were great facilities including washer and dryer, good sized kitchen.
