The noise was terrible, people fighting and swearing, not in this lifetime again.

The traffic noise from the N14 is unfortunately not something that we any control over, and the same can be said for the noisy neighbors next door, i will have a chat with them and ask them to kindly lower their noise after a certain time. But we are happy that the staff and services provided made it more enjoyable.For your next stay in Kuruman, we have a hotel that is far from the N14 and located in a quiet area called the Kuruman Hotel that we can refer you too.RegardsKuruman Inn

The room was very disappointed. It was a double room but only cup and glas for one person. Roof fan did not work as there were no switch for it. Linnen was old and torn. Shower was disappointed, very old and no grid over outlet. Safety hazard. Need serious upgrade. Bathroom in total need a serious upgrade. Drawer of side cupboard no handle. Lights was so weak that you had to put all lights on just to see inside the unit. Aircon also not up to scratch. Unit overall need a serious upgrade. Rooms does not look remotely like the photos on the website. Breakfast facilities was ok But cutlery needs attention. Overall very disappointed.

Nice but noisy
We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and the staff were friendly and helpful but it is so noisy. It’s on the corner of the national road and a very busy connecting street, add to that the neighboring dog barked all night.

Worst in Kuruman
Must be one of the worst Guesthouses in Kuruman. Light in room to dim. Must say the outside aria can do with more light as well. Room can do with a work station. You can't do work sitting on the bed. I don't thing that housekeeping has had proper training. If they had there would not be things broken in the room. The shower also did not work at all. Management can catch a wake up . I think Hotels.com can do a better job doing inspection at the places they advertise accommodation to.

Sadly, a disappointing stay
I had high hopes for our stay at this hotel and was sadly disappointed on just about every level. We called four days in advance to modify our reservation (we only needed two of our rooms for one night, not two) and were told by the receptionist, it would be "no problem" and she'd call us back to confirm after speaking to her manager. She never called. We called back again to confirm this had been resolved and the male receptionist got argumentative with my Afrikaans friend who called). He also said he would speak w/ his manager and clearly no one did because as we checked out, we were charged for the full amount. We were told to follow up with Travelocity as we'd booked through them. We've been following up for nearly a month about this with no resolution (we just asked for 2 of the room nights to be refunded since we called in plenty of time to cancel. Travelocity indicates that the hotel is not responding. The staff in the restaurant were surly and unresponsive. There was only one other person in the restaurant other than us, and the woman behind the counter was on her cell phone the entire time texting. The gentleman who arrived later was equally unresponsive. What was a basic breakfast took much longer than it should have and we had a meeting to attend so were pressured for time. The rooms themselves were a bit dark and depressing. And the heaters weren't great. We were all pretty cold throughout the night. I definitely would NOT recommend.

Acceptable for the passing through traveller
The inn is average and excellent for the passing through traveller. It needs some maintenance but not in dire condition. We did not get the room we booked but the young girl left to run the place was eager to sort us out. The pool is a splash pool and could use a proper clean and maintenance. Ok for short stays.
