Overall it was nice, clean, staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, not enough English speaking staff, maybe 1 or 2 that understood English. I found the location too far from many places. TV didn’t have any English options, wifi in room was weak. I found restaurant service extremely slow in the morning.
Overall it is a nice hotel just a few things that need fixing

The pajamas were stained and uncomfortable. The Yukata were a terrible fabric and the undershirt was very used and worn fabric.
Nothing cotton or soft, very scratchy.

Nogha Ueno hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Though super close to the Ameyoko market, the hotel was situated in a place where the street was quiet and away from from the bustle of the market. It was also super easy to get from the hotel to the Keisei skyliner train to Narita airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and neat and was a perfect place to rest after long days of walking and exploring Tokyo.

"I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad"

"very nice hotel and everything is new. The onsen pool is small but water quality is high and very clean. The room is featured with modern designs and fairly new. Wifi is fast and bed is western style and very comfortale to sleep on. Dinner and breakfast are healthy and good. The service was best ..."
