#### Verified traveller 24 Sept 2019 Liked: Cleanliness 何回か泊まらせてもらっています。 スタッフの対応は良いし、清潔感もあります。 小さい子供2人と大人2人で泊まりましたがタオルが2枚しかなかったり（前回は多めに置いてありました）その辺りのサービスが前の方が良かったと思います。 今回はシングル２つの部屋でしたがスタッフの方や清掃の方の気遣いで繋げていただいたりと親切でした。 日曜日の朝食はパンの日のようでホテルで焼いているパンがいただけましたが、とっても美味しくて家族に好評でした。 こちらから要望を言えばスタッフの方々が対応してくださるので、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in 全て快適。フロント案内もスムーズ。部屋入口で靴を脱いで上がるのは衛生的だし、バスルームもわずかにクレゾール臭がし、徹底されている。 改善して欲しいのは、部屋の鍵が昔タイプの差し込んで回す物や、地下駐車場の短い急な坂が出入りしにくい。ビジネスお一人様が多いのに、朝バイキングは2〜4人用席がメインで、通路が狭く相席もやりにくい。一度座ると狭くて席を立てない。
