The non-smoking apartment No. 12 (2nd floor) is approximately 52 square metres and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has two balconies facing east and south. Both balconies are furnished with balcony furniture. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, and plenty of dishes. The living room has a sofa, cable TV, a DVD player and stereo system, and a sideboard with games and books. A table with 4 chairs is perfect for cosy meals or card games. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe, and the guest room has two beds, a chest of drawers, and another TV. The windows can be easily darkened with roller blinds. The bathroom with shower and toilet features a large, lighted mirror cabinet and a heated towel rack.
