A GREEN OASIS IN A QUIET CENTRAL LOCATION The residential park on the mill in Cubanzestrasse was built in 1996. The apartments can be reached in the individual houses via external wooden stairs. These and many other wooden elements give the Wohnpark an der Mühle complex its own style. Each apartment has a spacious terrace or balcony, sometimes two, which invite you to relax. In this extensive complex there is also a pavilion and some play facilities for children. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to our guests for a fee in a separate wash house. Each apartment has a car parking space, partly as a carport parking space. OUR TIP FOR BIKING FRIENDS - RENT BICYCLES AT SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach by bike? Would you just like to visit one of the many local events comfortably by bike? Or maybe you want to be a little sporty and go on a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed network of cycle paths in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MEIN RAD AM MEER you can get bicycles, e-bikes, children's bikes, mountain bikes etc. V. M. borrow.

Die Ferienwohnung braucht dringend eine Generalüberholung, von den Wänden fällt die Farbe, bzw. der Putz ab und in der Dusche schimmelt es. Insgesamt war die Wohnung unzureichend sauber gemacht. In der Küche waren die Töpfe und Pfanne nicht sauber abgewaschen.
Zum Meer weiter als 800 Meter,
Einkaufsmöglichkeit sehr gut und nah.

Gute Lage, hübsche Anlage, zentral, Holzmöbel, gute Betten, große Terrasse, Parkplatz, Spielplatz und Molli Bahn um die Ecke.
ABER
- extrem schlechtes WLAN, eigentlich nicht vorhanden.
- Sonnenschirm alt und defekt
- keine Thermoskanne
- alles ziemlich oldschool
Eine harmonisch gut eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Gegenstände für den alltäglichen Gebrauch waren gut vorhanden. Reklamtion(defektes Badlicht u. Haushaltsschere) wurden umgehend erledigt. Vorteil: Sehr Stadtnah und ruhig gelegen! Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen bzw. würden wir nochmals buchen-
Wie gesagt: Es war sehr schön!
Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch eingerichtet!
Einziger Nachteil: Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schwach; persönlich konnte ich das W-LAN nicht nutzen, obwohl ich ein gutes und aktuelles Smartphone besitze.
