Living room with TV, comfortable seating and a spacious dining area. A separate kitchen fully equipped with 4-ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave and div. Kitchen small appliances, and ample crockery läsßt nothing to be desired for hobby cooks. A small dining area is also available. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, so that they feel at home. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and toilet and a bathroom stool, hairdryer, toothbrush cup and cosmetic mirror. A parking lot is available for the same apartment also in the outdoor area available.

The residence "Unter den Linden", one of the most beautiful residences Kuehlungsborn, was built in 1920 by the Berlin transport for employees in klassiztischen embossed style.  The building was extensively renovated in 2000 and supplemented by a new building. Here there is an ideal combination of historic buildings and modern technology. The floors are accessible by elevator. The house has a large bicycle storage and other storage rooms available.
