Pros: Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung,hätte die Wohnung noch Meerblick würde ich sogar 10 Sterne geben,aber der Strand ist gut zu erreichen! Ich finde die 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad gerade sehr gut habe die Wohnung mit meiner 85 jährigen Mutter genutzt und den Frühstücksservice haben wir auch genutzt , wir waren bereits das 2.Mal dort.

Pros: Sehr geehrte Familie Anja Baars, wir möchten uns bei Ihnen für die gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung bedanken. Alles war hochwertig und exklusiv eingerichtet. Dadurch war es uns möglich, eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Strandkorb diente der Entspannung. Die Schlüsselübergabe vom Hotel Rosenhof hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir haben auch die Sauna in Anspruch genommen werden. Wunderbar. Wir können diese Unterbringung mit vollem Herzen weitergeben (empfehlen). Pros: Liebe Frau Baars, es war sensationell - wir betraten die Ferienwohnung und dann kam der WOW-Effekt. Mein Mann und ich sagten gleichzeitig: hier bleiben wir! Alles in allem ein Traum - so eine qualitativ hochwertige und exklusive Ferienwohnung haben wir selten erlebt. Toll. Diese Wohnung ist jedem zu empfehlen, der sich nicht nur mit Luftnot und kranken Bronchien zu tun hat - der sich selber was Gutes tun möchte. Uns sehen Sie bald wieder. Pros: Wir waren sehr erfreut über die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Dass es einen Aufzug gibt, ist toll - er war für uns als rüstige Rentner eine willkommene Erleichterung. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir zwei Schlafzimmer hatten. Einer von uns schnarcht und somit kann der andere im Bedarfsfall auf das zweite Schlafzimmer ausweichen. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es so gute Boxspring Betten, die wir nicht mal Zuhause haben. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Kühlungsborn ist super und die Ferienwohnung sowieso. Wir haben bereits begonnen, Werbung zu machen und die Ferienwohnung Freunden weiterempfohlen. Gern würden wir selber sie wieder buchen, wenn wir gesund noch noch rüstig bleiben. Ihnen alles Gute und das Team vom Rosenhof ist auch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Pros: Wir hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub, die Nähe zum Meer und der Aufzug im Haus machten es möglich auch mit meiner 83 Jahre alten Mutter einige tolle Erlebnisse mit ihr am Meer und Umgebung zu genießen. Der nahe gelegene Wald war eine tolle Abwechslung zum Meer. Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, gemütlich mit liebevollen Akzenten, Den Balkon konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil keine Möglichkeit bestand die Tür zu öffnen. Es gab wohl ein technisches Problem . Daher auch nicht die volle Punktzahl bei der Bewertung. Ich würde die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Pros: Liebe Anja Baars, wir sind mit 2 Paaren angereist und konnten keine Mängel feststellen. Es war einfach sehr erholsam. Besonders gut ist die strandnahe Lage sowie die perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und sehr gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung, die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles was man im Urlaub braucht ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Bäcker fast gegenüber, Restaurants und Supermärkte sofort um die Ecke. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und werden diese schöne Ferienwohnung in unserem Bekanntenkreis auch gerne weiterempfehlen. Pros: Gemütliche Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ausreichend groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage war sehr zentral und gleichzeitig direkt am Strand gelegen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus war komfortabel. Sehr zu empfehlen.
