It took more than half an hour and coincidentally at that time there were also many people who wanted to check in. So had to wait. It should be fast because the booking has been made online. The hotel is comfortable, clean, has a beautiful view facing the drawbridge which is a landmark and one of the main attractions to Kuala Terengganu. Breakfast has a lot of choices but unfortunately it is not tasty. Cakes, rice, mee and others look interesting but when you eat it there is no taste - tasteless . It is proposed to provide traditional Terengganu food such as nasi dagang, nasi berlauk, nasi kerabu , boiled cassava, pancakes, glutinous rice and dried fish and other traditional foods to be highlighted to foreign tourists. However, food can be found easily because there are many shops and food stalls around the hotel. As well as shopping places nearby. Overall satisfactory, especially in terms of distance to other interesting places nearby.
