The view.

Very central and has a train station (bukit nanas) 5 min away. The lobby was very clean and fresh and the view from our penthouse apartment was stunning. Big and modern apartment but a little poor quality. It was not spotless clean but it was approachable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS! IT IS A SCAM! We booked this property through Expedia expecting great service as advertised by Expedia but we were extremely disappointed on arrival. We were told by the contact Pervez that our apartment we had booked and paid for the dates was not available so he got his friend to give us his apartment for one night and told us he would move us the next day to his apartment. He did not communicate with us the time to move and called us while we were out to say we need to move apartments so we had to come back and pack all of our things and move to another smaller apartment. We requested for early check in and asked about the free upgrade as advertised by Expedia to expect VIP service from this property but we were told that he knows nothing about it and to contact Expedia. The services listed for this property were not given. There was no daily cleaning as promised. We had to ask for bottles of water and towels as not provided daily. No dishwashing liquid was provided. The property was run down with lights not working. The contact was extremely rude and unprofessional and tried to ruin our family holiday. He would say something and later say he never said that. He told me he has apartments on level 19 and 22 but he moved us from level 19 down to level 16. The traffic noise all night was really loud and we couldn’t sleep all night every night. So instead of giving us a free upgrade, he gave us a downgrade to a lower level and a smaller apartment.
