We warmly welcome you to our new (completion December 2023) dog- and wheelchair-friendly vacation rental, “Lütten Uttied”!

The apartment will impress you the moment you walk in with its high-quality and very tasteful furnishings. The spacious and light-filled living area features a cozy L-shaped sofa with an additional armchair and a large flat-screen TV with its own Netflix access. A Bluetooth speaker is also available for your use. The dining table is set with four comfortable chairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster.
One of the two bedrooms features a double bed (the bedside lamps have inductive charging pads for compatible smartphones) with a wardrobe and a comfortable armchair; the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe, and there is also another TV installed here. All mattresses are fitted with memory foam toppers.
The large bathroom features an open shower (accessible), an electric towel warmer, a sink (accessible by wheelchair), and a toilet set slightly further back from the wall. All the interior doors in the apartment are also wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack.

From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace without a door threshold.

A private parking space and a storage shed with an electrical outlet for bicycles you bring along are also available.

The entire apartment is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating; all windows have fly screens and electric exterior shutters (except for the patio window).

Dogs are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi is available (on-site registration required). (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)

There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

We are now able to offer charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (payment based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee continuous or unlimited availability.

The “Lieblingsort,” “Malte,” and “Nordseebrise” accommodations are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark II include “Grachtensteern,” “Grachtentied,” “TiefSinn,” “Unnerdack,” “Perle,” “Robbe,” “Schnack-Stuuv,” “Seepferdchen,” and “WATT a feeling.”

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location, with access to the canals, offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
