The ground-floor holiday apartment “SiebenSiel,” with its modern interior design, puts you in a holiday mood the moment you walk in.

Adjacent to the bright living/dining area—featuring a cosy corner sofa and a dining table for four—is the modern, high-quality open kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and microwave, among other amenities. There is plenty of dishware and silverware available, even when the apartment is fully occupied.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable box-spring bed and the other with two separate beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a large, floor-to-ceiling shower with a rain showerhead, a vanity with a mirror and cabinet, and a towel warmer.

The terrace attached to the house and the garden with its lawn offer you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun and the North Sea air, whether you’re relaxing in one of the two Adirondack chairs or reading a book in the beach chair.

The parking space belonging to the holiday rental features a charging station for electric cars, equipped with a 4-meter-long charging cable.

Two lockable outdoor storage rooms offer plenty of space for bicycles, wheelbarrows, or strollers.

The holiday rental is located on a small side street near the Zwillingsmühlen; the distance to the historic town centre (Greetsiel Harbour) is approximately 600 metres (walking distance). Shopping options and a bike rental service are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an end-of-row house built of solid construction (built in 2020). Access is via a separate entrance.
A modern ventilation system and underfloor heating—which can be regulated separately for each room—ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
Insect screens and electric exterior roller shades are standard in all rooms. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.
