Located near the Zwillingsmühlen, at the end of a quiet residential street, is our ground-floor apartment (64 m²), newly built in 2015, which you can access via a separate entrance at street level. There is an extra-wide parking space in front of the house. Through the garden gate, you’ll find the lockable outdoor storage room, where you can conveniently store your bicycles or sports equipment.

A spacious, light-filled living/dining room with a high-quality leather sofa and a comfortable armchair invites you to relax and unwind. To ensure a relaxing stay, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system with an iPod docking station, free Wi-Fi, and free calls to German landlines.

A modern, high-quality open kitchen with brand-name appliances, a side table, a ceramic cooktop, a tall oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartments, and many other appliances such as a coffee capsule machine (Dolce Gusto), a filter coffee maker, a toaster, blender, electric kettle, and egg cooker will ensure you’re well-equipped in the kitchen. You’ll find plenty of space at the cosy solid-wood dining table with a leather bench and cantilever chairs.

The spacious, bright, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and rain showerhead, a designer sink with vanity cabinet, and a large mirror cabinet. The toilet and bidet are installed at a comfortable height. An illuminated makeup mirror, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a bathroom stool are also provided for your convenience.

The bedroom is furnished with solid-wood furniture custom-made by a carpenter. High-quality mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, a comfortable sleeping height, and oak parquet flooring are also ideal for people with allergies.

Of course, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a radio alarm clock are also available here. Curtains and light-blocking electric roller shades further ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The utility room features a modern washing machine and dryer for your exclusive use. An ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, and a wall-mounted safe are also provided.

The 14 m² terrace is furnished with a table, 4 comfortable chairs, a patio umbrella, and a beach chair (available from April through October). Adjacent to the terrace, you can store your bicycles in the lockable outdoor storage room. Charging e-bikes is no problem thanks to the available power outlet.

Modern underfloor heating, adjustable via room thermostats, provides cosy warmth. All rooms feature high-quality porcelain tile flooring; the bedroom has real wood parquet flooring. Almost all windows have insect screens and electric roller shutters. A controlled ventilation system further ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

Access to the holiday rental is via a separate entrance. There is more than enough dishware and silverware, even at maximum occupancy. The apartment is located in a solidly built house. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety. The apartment also features free internet access (Wi-Fi) and a landline phone.

The distance from this holiday rental to the town centre (harbour) is approximately 850 metres (walking distance).
