Right across the way, the **village pond “Dopke”** glistens, where frogs begin their concert in the summer. When you sit here, you feel it immediately—that special tranquility that gently enfolds you. An invitation to take a deep breath, let go, and settle in.

The lovingly renovated semi-detached house offers **space for two people** who love simplicity and authenticity. Every room has been designed with care—warm, uncluttered, and high-quality.

Inside, you’ll find:

* a **bright, cosy living room** with a large corner couch and a smart TV
* a **bedroom with a spacious double bed (180×200 cm)** and a TV
* a **large kitchen-diner**, equipped with modern Miele appliances
* a **modern bathroom** with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower and double sinks
* **A washing machine, towels, and bed linens** are, of course, provided

Electric blinds provide a sense of cosiness, while insect screens ensure peaceful summer nights.
And above it all is this feeling: **Everything is easy here.**

🌳 A garden straight out of a summer dream

The spacious natural garden is a little paradise—wildly romantic, green, and full of life.
Amid **plum, mirabelle, and apple trees**, everyone can find their favourite spot.

Maybe it’s…

* the **beach chair on the wooden deck**, overlooking the greenery
* or the **garden shed with a wood-burning stove**—the perfect spot for cosy evenings

And when the fruit is ripe in late summer, feel free to help yourself.

And if you’d like, take a walk to **Germany’s tallest lighthouse in Campen**—one of the most beautiful places to simply let your gaze wander.
