A guest WC completes the layout. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with natural light. A highlight is the attic, where you'll find a recreation room with a foosball table. Outside, you'll find two garden areas – one with a fenced lawn and a terrace, especially appreciated by dog owners. In the second area, you can enjoy views of the dike and relax on sun loungers. A garden shed for your bicycles is available, as is a parking space directly in front of the house.
