It’s just a few steps to the fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, the children’s playground, and the supermarket (where you can buy breakfast rolls).

Thanks to its central location and partially accessible features (floor-level shower, wider doors), the apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users.

Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and blender. Electric kitchen knives and much more.

2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed 2.00 m x 1.60 m (separate mattresses) and 1 with 2 single beds 2.00 m x 0.90 m), all at a comfortable height; one bedroom includes an additional satellite TV. Shower (accessible and with a built-in seat)/toilet, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, and towel warmer are part of the high-end amenities.

The apartment also features an additional separate toilet.

The floors are fully tiled. All rooms have underfloor heating.

Satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio, as well as an iron, ironing board, and a clothes drying rack, are also included.

The windows and patio door are equipped with fly screens. The windows in the bedrooms have electric exterior blinds.
