This wonderful Frisian cottage for 4 people, situated in an absolutely dream location on a beautiful waterfront property with a dock, invites you to enjoy a holiday you won’t soon forget.

The Friesenperle, furnished with great attention to detail, features 2 bedrooms (brand-new mattresses installed in March 2025) and 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area with a fireplace, and a cosy reading nook with a stereo system on the loft. The rustic wooden beam ceiling gives the house a warm atmosphere.

The entire ground floor is tiled and features underfloor heating. A DVD player is provided.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs and includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand blender, Senseo coffee maker, and oven.

One bedroom, located on the upper floor, is also equipped with a second TV. The bedroom opens directly into the adjacent bathroom with a shower.

The bathroom on the ground floor features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

In addition, all windows can be darkened with exterior blinds, and fly screens are also provided.

There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

A beautiful terrace with furniture, a clothesline, and a large umbrella ensures a relaxing stay outdoors. The view of the canal is well worth seeing. Since May 2024, the terrace has also been covered.

A private parking space is also available to you free of charge.

Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions.
