Access is from the outside via a spiral staircase. The apartment has a living room with dining area and flat-screen TV, an open kitchen, an open bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Additional beds are provided by a sofa bed in the bedroom in the form of a roller bed or in the living room. In the sunny garden, a furniture and a grill located right on the big pond. Internet Wi-Fi is available. In Kröslin there is a large marina with water sports facilities, restaurants, sauna area with finnish, Saunarium-, steam and infrared sauna, a gym with massage treatments and a Personenfährverbindung to Usedom. The Krösliner Cycle combines vorpommersche mainland with the island of Usedom and Wollin Peninsula. In the neighboring Freest is a small beach.
