Quaint 1 bedroom cabin with Stunning Mountain View’s with over 100,000 acres of conservation land surrounding this unique property. Privately owned Fly fishing on Gold meadow waters on property, just a short walk down to the Colorado River. There is a mini frig. and a grill located on the property but no cook top. Downtown Kremmling is a 7 minute drive and gives you access to several restaurants and the mercantile. There is a riding stable called the Rusty Spur, in season that offers cattle runs ups and horseback tours, snowmobile rentals and whitewater rafting. This is a perfect weekend getaway just 2 hours from the front range.
