Very well equiped and plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The beds were really confortable and the whole experience felt luxurious and special. The check in procees did cause us some anxiety as we havnt used this system before but Urs was really helful and made sure we were got into the property just fine. Would absolutely stay here again. The property was clean and full of all equipment we may need to use throughout the holiday. The area was not only quiet and calm but also a 10 minute walk away from the main town full of restaurants and cafes. S-Bahn into the city centre was about 30-40 minutes so would recommend to travel early! But overall a very convenient location for people who would like to...

We were apprehensive about accessing with an app but Urs and Team answered our queries promptly and we had no problem getting in. Very close to the S and U Bahn made getting in to central Berlin easy. One minor query during our stay was also reponded to quickly."

From Brandenderg Airport (BER) it’s a simple, straight hour ride on the S-Bahn regional train to Charlottenburg station, followed by a 12 minute walk to the hotel.
