The property has a private dock, which is suitable for swimming, relaxing and fishing. In addition, there is the possibility to purchase fishing permits directly on site. A rowboat is included in the price (excl. Final cleaning of 6.00 €). Garden furniture is available on the terrace. There is also a car park, sunbathing area and playground as well as a lockable bicycle or storage room.  

    Summer House:
    The house is characterized by the special location on the lake. It is equipped for 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a living room with lake view. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area, which is furnished in 2 rooms with 2 single beds each.
