"Location is great! Near the harbour and ferry and so many high end shops. However, the room conditions need a lot of updates. Bathroom grout lines are moldy. Rooms had a musty smell and so were the hallways. It was very deceiving because the lobby looks so fancy like a 5 star hotel. "
