They were very helpful and polite. Property was very clean, efficient. With teenagers the Akhiabara is just one stop in train. They could go hangout themselves and enjoy arcade games. They helped us luggage storage service, they couldn’t hold all our luggage as they don’t have enough space for all. Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room. The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue. Check in was quick and friendly with water and juice available. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Our teen and tween stayed comfortably in the bunk beds.
