The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. I would also like to give a special mention to the lovely staff who work on the reception desk. They were all lovely and, like the manager, really went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. They were all really smiley and patient, even when the front desk was busy

Amazing location on edge of the bay. Stunning view from ‘sea-view’ room. Beach area lovely and relaxing (in May anyway). Old town Kotor around a 30 min safe walk - bus stop outside hotel but erratic hourly service if you want to take a gamble on one being on or near time (€2 to old town) - and got told two different scheduled arrival times so… Excellent choice at breakfast (regular and vegetarian). Boat trips can be arranged to pick you up from the hotel beach jetty (no extra charge). Excellent choice for our stay.

Great staff and lovely, clean hotel! Good breakfast and really great cocktails. Parking situation in front of the hotel needs to be fixed though, as cars were not finding their ways into the parking garage, and were at times blocking and making it hard for us to get to our building. Regardless - I highly recommend this hotel!

The property is quite extensive and has both villas & rooms. The on-site beach bar brings the waterside & unbelievably geography/views to life even if your room, like ours, wasn't directly that close to the water. The service there was unfortunately terrible (we comfortably waited at least 30 minutes to try and order a drink from our sunbed despite pushing the buttons that blatantly didn't work) and put me off going back in truth. Similarly, while the property has a parking garage that appeared to be reserved for people in the villas. There were no alternatives provided and we were just told to park "anywhere". As a result we ended up having to park on a random curbside, as many others had to do also. This isn't the kind of set up I had envisaged based on the stars of the hotel. On the whole though we had a nice stay and the concierge via whatsapp were very helpful. It is about a 40/45 minute walk into the old town which was nice by the waterside when coming home from having had dinner in town (it was too hot to walk it otherwise!).

Great hotel with amazing sea view and private beach area. Great place for a couple romantic getaway! Good selection of breakfast and very helpful staffs especially Wai Wai and the manager (forgot his name). Gym is well equipped but have not used the spa though. The only negative point is limited car parking space and has to pay (I think it is standard in Europe). However, you can park free at nearby the residential parking area. Alternatively, you can park around the hotel lobby space but need to give your car key at the reception so that they can move if your car is blocking.

Shower was leaking all over the bathroom. You would step into a pool of water when getting out of the shower. The shower floor was not leveled properly towards the drain. Good location and beach area. But they need to fix their showers issue. I stay in 2 different rooms same problem. Outdated outlets. Reception staff kind of rude and confrontational. Also, they didn’t check out previous guests so they asked us to pay for the previous guests bills at the checkout which in the end was clarified but if I didn’t pay attention for what was ordered at the beach restaurant. I almost ended up paying. At the beach restaurant they came and asked us to pay for same bill twice by different service guys ( waiters) if you don’t pay attention you can end up paying twice for same service. Not very helpful. Had to beg to move the umbrella. The worst was the blonde kid at the reception. Very rude and disrespectful. Opinionated. Next. Respect my vacation time. We stayed in different cities Tivat, Budva and Kotor. Different hotels. Reception staff and restaurant waiters at Huma hotel needs costumer training for sure. I’ve travelled in over 71 countries and many resorts.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We highly recommend staying here. The staff were kind and welcoming, the location was quiet and a perfect distance away from city center Kotor, the room was spacious and wonderful and the breakfast was great (good variety). We would stay again!
