9.8/10 Exceptional! (8 reviews)
The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building).
Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good.
Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different.
Overall good stay.

My family decided not to stay at the suite because so much inconvenience of the location and amenities but we still paid for it. I wrote them a constructive feedback but I was given an unprofessional reply which totally a disappointment.

"Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings ..."

9/10 Wonderful! (13 reviews)
"Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can."
