Loft A and D are connected directly to the shopping mall. Cleanliness was disappointing as the floor is not mopped after the previous tenant has checked out. Shower drain was stuck. Kitchen windows are oily. Sink is not clean. Good thing is that it's cleaned within a day of reporting it to the hotel. Check in and out procedures are confusing. Been told where to check out the night before. No show on the next day during agreed check out time. Had to call and told to go to another place to check out. Excellent location with heaps of variety for eating and shopping within the Imago complex. Level 6 has an amazing large outdoor recreation area with two pools, modern spacious gym, park, basketball, grassed areas and gardens - it gives you the feeling that you are somewhere else. Very well maintained. Apartment was spacious - excellent for families.
