Ostsee ist nach ca 5 Minuten über eine Treppe gut erreichbar. Lebensmittelläden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsziele und Seebrücken alles vorhanden und gut erreichbar. Ideal für Familie mit größeren Kindern, da es zwei Schlafzimmer gibt und auch im zweiten Zimmer sind Einzelbetten. Strand ist gut zu erreichen (die Treppe ist zwar etwas steil, dafür ist der Strand angenehm gefüllt / nicht überfüllt).
