Good room, spacious and fairly clean. Modern decor. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen. We had the breakfast option and, all I’d say is, go early as it got (gets) very crowded. Food options were ok, nothing special and didn’t feel 5-star. I ordered an omelette and is was ok. Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area. The playground needs a complete renovation.

The aircon wasn't on through the night so it got very hot. The breakfast was chaotically busy at the weekend so it was really hard to get a table. Also the staff were polite but extremely (invasively) salesy - someone called our room to offer us a discount on a massage, which we'd already received ...
