This was not true for guests who were not all inclusive and when reported to reception staff they were apologetic but it was a bit too late by then. (125 reviews) We had a wonderful time at the Asimina, this has got to be one of the nicest 5-start hotels I have stayed, and I have stayed in my fair share. This hotel is well run with spacious rooms. The views are stunning as the hotel sits on a lovely beach facing the sea and is exceptionally clean. hard-working waiters and staff in the dining room. An excellent selection at breakfast and if you choose evening buffet an overwhelming variety of choice and excellent quality food. Looking forward to getting back to suite118 one fine day, which had its own private pool surrounded by flowers, shrubs and very private. We had a well-appointed spacious room with a large bathroom. But what makes this hotel stand out is the staff, who were all polite and extremely professional. A big thank you to the lovely ladies on the reception. The extremely helpful and kind Anna-Maria, together with the lovely Miruna, Laurentiu and Valentina. Thank you all for the bottle of champagne, we very much appreciated it. Lastly a special thank you to the lovely and cheerful Simona, what an asset she is, always smiling and making us laugh whilst working hard cleaning our rooms, what a sweet lady.
