"While there were several positive aspects to our stay, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The food was excellent and consistently enjoyable, and the amenities offered by the hotel were impressive. The amphitheater shows were also a highlight and provided great entertainment. However, we found the staff to be less welcoming than expected, which impacted our overall impression. The accommodations themselves were average, and the hotel did not quite reflect the level of service and quality typically associated with a five-star property. Additionally, it was somewhat inconvenient that the dining options closed relatively early. Overall, while there were some enjoyable elements to our stay, there is room for improvement in both service and guest experience."
