### Holiday Apartment 'Imperia' with Wi-Fi

Just 200 m from the picturesque Lake Constance, these apartments enjoy a prime location in the old town of Konstanz. Set in a house dating back to 1360, they offer cosy accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there are two sleeping areas: a double bed and a sofa bed. The two areas are separated by a curtain, providing extra privacy. The accommodation can host up to four people and is ideal for families or small groups. Numerous cafés and restaurants serving freshly caught fish, regional specialities, and European cuisine are less than a 2-minute walk away. A car park is located directly in front of the property and can be used for an additional fee. The main train station is only a 3-minute walk away.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and a parking space is available in a garage.
