Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. "The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. Mikkiss, the manager, was especially helpful and attentive. He always seemed to show up just when you needed him, making sure everything was taken care of. His excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable!"
