"Very pleasant stay! Lots of choice on breakfast buffet, hotel has pool as well as it’s own beach access (some stones on the edge for a few feet but rest is only sand, sea is warm). Staff is very nice"

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong.
On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on.

"First impressions very clean hotel and check in staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean (by Zante standards!) good sized room, comfy bed - my only complaint was that the shower had no curtain! "
