"Struttura non pronta ad accogliere ospiti. Siamo stati 12 giorni e dal primo giorno non andava il condizionatore non c'era la luce in bagno, non si apriva la cassetta di sicurezza e pur avendo fatto presente tutto subito, siamo venuti via che non era stato sistemato nulla. Il titolare faceva finta di non capire o di aver dimenticato... Non dico tanto ma almeno scusarsi....a dimenticavo siamo rimasti anche senza acqua calda... E tornata dopo 2 ore... Siamo rimasti lì solo perché eravamo...

"Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l'hôtel Denise Beach Aucune communication, un petit déjeuner catastrophique (aucun aliment cuit correctement..), un service de très mauvaise qualité. Des chambres indignes d'un 4 étoiles (déco vieillotte, un carré de douche avec un rideau trop petit qui laisse passer l'eau...). Et le pompon fut le service... nous avons eu un différent avec un serveur peu serviable et nous avons du nous expliquer auprès de la réception. Du jamais vu !!! Un hôtel géré comme...
