Staying at Napasai was the best decision ever! Beautifully designed resort with private beach that’s very clean and blue! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. We enjoyed the beach. We had no trouble getting from our villa to the resort center; the buggies always arrived promptly. Our particular residence was multi-level, with a lot of steps, and so should only be chosen by guests who are fully ambulatory. It was quite luxurious and had a full size pool, quite impressive and more than we expected. The scheduled on site activities and the spa were thoroughly enjoyed. The concierge assisted us with arranging off-site experiences and airport transportation.

Lovely place with excellent food, a beautiful pool and grounds and good service. Also good options to explore the island. The white sand beach is gorgeous - the morning tide is low so swimming then is challenging in the sea but the pool is an excellent alternative. The signature massage is amazing.

Exceptional service and property. So many activities to sign up for on the resort. The food was incredible and the room was extremely comfortable. A little bit of paradise

We stayed 8 days in February 2025. The place is absolutely wonderful. The small houses are beautiful, the staff are all very serviceminded. The beach and pool area is amazing. After Napasai we had booked 5 days at another resort. After 1 night there we returned to Napasai. It was like coming home. We can only recommend Napasai.

From the moment you arrive at this beautiful property, the staff at Nagasaki go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure that you have everything you need while there. From Esme at the front desk to Ja Ae and Sana in the restaurants, Naing at the bar, and all of the housekeeping and grounds crew staff, the hospitality is unmatched. The pool and beach area are incredibly beautiful and well maintained, as well as the villas and common areas. The staff are warm and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel to all!

This is true 5 star property. From the moment you check in you feel you are being treated royally and are in a luxury property. I was given a free upgrade to beachside bungalow with sea view throughout spacious room and and lovely large covered deck. The pool and beach were close by. This is one of largest most lovely designed I have seen on trip. Its infinity design, style and color truly are unique. It was a short walk to seaside. Only downside water was very very shallow. So could not swim only lounge in warm water. Breakfast was amazing buffet. Good choices for room service. Food was delicious. The staff was incredible so eager to please always with a smile. The grounds including gym and spa are spacious and beautiful. Only downside is property was not close to other restaurants, beaches or shopping areas. It’s a long expensive taxi ride to other areas. But I highly recommend this property. It was a vacation from my vacation!!

Service is great- Hotel is OLD!

This hotel is so run down. It needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. I should have known when Belmond released themselves and sold it 2 months before our arrival- it must of been bad. The pool towels are old and stained, the pool needs to be re-tiled and the grout is brown and it so sharp and uneven. The pool deck is so sandy and uneven- was dragging into our room! The gym is disgusting and old equipment and nothing has ever been wiped down. The rooms! The wood floors are stained from water and sooooo creaky and old, the showers has a pull drain cord and wood blinds in them! So so so outdated! I think the hairdryer was from the 1980s. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was so good but this hotel needs a HUGE renovation!

One of the most beautiful resorts I've ever been to! Peaceful, calm, serene, relaxing, luxurious. Get the sea view villa! It has the most amazing views - even from the shower! And one of the only places on Ko Samui where you can see the gorgeous sunsets (you can't do that on the East Coast in Chaweng). You don't hear your neighbours as you are in your own little paradise bubble. Very romantic if you're there with a partner, I imagine (I was on a solo trip). There were a few young families with children but they didn't make much noise at the pool. Lovely private beach (a bit stoney here and there), gorgeous infinity pool, air-con great, Wi-Fi perfect, free fun activities like yoga, cycle tour, Muay Thai class, cooking class, free beach bag & flip flops. As the resort is a bit further away from the hustle & bustle of Bophut and closer to the jungle, it does take a about a 15 min taxi ride to tourist attractions. But I chose Napasai to relax, so I was fine to stay at the resort for the first half of my Thailand trip. I enjoyed being away from large groups of tourists. Surprisingly I was not bitten by a mosquito once but I made sure to wear strong insect repellent with DEET. The resort does spray insect repellent once a week all over the grounds, so maybe that helped as well. Lastly, the resort has the most attentive staff I've come across. Friendly, helpful but also know when to leave you in peace and quiet. I highly recommend Napasai!!!
