Outstanding staff. They were excellent, can not say enough about how they went, what I thought was well above and beyond my expectations. I loved the red and green ceramic pool tiles after having a blue pool for 15 years. Pool staff was excellent. The entire staff were excellent. The female manager Kob took the time to track me down and ensure my stay was going well which is the kind of service this place gives. Maybe due to the rainy season, there were lots of bugs that got into the room after a cleaning session due to the staff letting the doors open while cleaning e.g. beetles, and mosquitos. Beautiful setting and the private pool in the villa made for a superb holiday. Breakfast is very good, staff are friendly and it was quite quiet in the whole of Koh Samui with some tourists starting to come back. Only minor constructive feedback is they need to invest in some repair and maintenance around the property and showing signs of wear and tear, this not real luxury but sure just Covid struggles. We were blown away by the gorgeous hotel, the smart design, the impeccable housekeeping and extraordinary service every step of the way. We stayed in one of the stunning secret villas by the pool, a newer part of the hotel, and enjoyed a private lounge and pool (although we mostly used the main pool area), as well as the most attentive concierge who was with us every step of the way, from the moment we landed, along with us from the complimentary ride to the hotel, all through our stay (and planning of some birthday surprises for one of the kids), and up until we left and she arranged all the transfer details for us.
