We have tried different dishes from most of the food stalls and feel this one has the best quality, consistency, taste and price. Rooms were clean,hotel very well kept,staff were polite and nice,unfortunately my gopro Was stolen from me at pool area on first day.bar manager was helpful by showing me security camera footage but we were unable to establish the times we sat by pool.

Elephant club was a lovely place to stay! The room was spotless. The staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. We had booked for three days and ended up staying eight because it was such a lovely experience. The pool guys were exceptional and took very good care of us! The front desk, woman, Ganda was very helpful and helped us with a seamless extension. The fire show was very good. It happens every night and there are additional events happening as well. Some of them were later than we wanted to stay up, but it looked like fun was had by all! We will definitely return to this little gem by the sea.

Amazing stay! - We loved every minute of our stay at Elephant Beach Club & Resort, the only regret we had is we didn't stay longer! - The location was right on the strip, but not noisy at all! The staff were very friendly, and cared about all their guests, the food and drink options were brilliant. The views and the access to the beach was a bonus, it was incredible and I cannot wait to come back!

One of the most amazing resorts I have been to in my life , complimentary access into the beach club is a great perk, the amazing staff went above and beyond for my partner and my anniversary, beds so so comfortable it will be hard to wake up early lol, thank you to the staff for all your help you are all amazing

Staff were amazing, nothing is too much hastle and always a smile on their face. Room beautiful and very clean. Modern amenities. Great location, with easy access to everything within a few minutes walk maximum. Food and drinks at the restaurant could not be faulted including excellent breakfast daily. A little luxury by the sea

Lovely hotel, great food, good service, lovely rooms although mattress is firm - Saturday nights are party nights till around 3am so earplugs recommended for this night if not staying up.

Amazing!! Book this place!! Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Really close to shops, bars and restaurants but still managed to be peaceful. Lovely birthday surprise decorations in my room :-) Wish we had stayed longer!

The room was amazing and kept clean everyday. Location is magical and so close to night life. Very chilled vibe around the pool. Food menu choices were the best although a little limited with breakfast. We could have eaten tempura prawns by the pool all day. Fire show at night is amazing. Cool pool party on Saturday night, very loud though if your room is near the pool. Would definitely come back :)

This property is steps away from restaurants, bars & shopping. It has a night club atmosphere if you stay on the weekend but surprisingly the rooms are quiet. The beach is minimal at high tide but it gets wider if you walk down a bit. They transform the beach at sunset to a chill vibe. Front desk staff are so helpful & kind. The only disappointment is we felt pressured in the day by pool staff to buy drinks or food to be able to sit on our pool chairs. They don’t like it if you leave your chair for some time or try to move chairs either unless you are spending $$$

excelant location/service but avoid sat night

i loved the location. walking to shops, restaurants and massage salons. staff could not be more friendly. beach area soso but pool was lovely. huge tree to stay ubder if you want shade. only downside is saturday night pool party until 3 am soo loud even airline ear plugs could not block out the noise. fine if you are a party animal. i am not.

Fun stay, but know that it’s a place for adults!!!

While a family trip for us, we are all adults and so chose Elephant for proximity to nightlife, the Sat night party & firedancing shows. I was surprised to see some families with little kids here, since the environment isn’t really designed for them- plus, the little kids overtook the hotel pool in the late afternoons, annoying. (Parents, you should do better.) Other reviews I read before booking warned about noise but I don’t think it would have been too loud in the hammock suites; we had booked a bungalow and ours unfortunately was located in the middle section that sits parallel to a bar on the Main Street that did karaoke(?)so it was pretty loud with bad singing). Airplane noise and strange whooping animal noises too. (Thankfully, the hotel provides free earplugs!) The staff was wonderful and went the extra step to make our vacation great after a slight hiccup with our airport pick up. The Sat night party & fire dancing show was FUN! The only downside was that the hotel beach has black stuff on the waterline so we didn’t use it at all- we traveled by cab to Lamai Beach, which was costly. Later on, I surmised that the nightly fire shows are causing this effect to the beach, probably destroying wildlife too making me feel very sad and guilty as a tourist who loves these fireshows. My only suggestion to hotel would be to do them every other night instead of nightly- this would also force people to book at least 2 nights. Otherwise, gorgeous property and very kind staff!!!
