Ours is the most modern house on Coconut River built with concrete and a double roof for more effective air flow and cooling. Designed for 6 adults we offer three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sun terrace and a shaded balcony for dining..all with sea views. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard...teak furniture, granite work and bathroom surfaces. Their is air-conditioning and ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms which are set up as two doubles and a twin for most flexibility.we welcome children and can offer a Mothercare cot and a high chair. The house will be set up for your arrival complete with welcome pack. It will be cleaned twice weekly by our cleaner, the pool is checked and cleaned each day and the gardener will be present 6 days out of 7. There is a night guard. Should you require airport pick up we can arrange that for you at a small extra charge.
