Although the time for a refund had passed Robert was very responsive and helpful and was able to give us a full refund. "I truly believe this is the best place to stay in Kodiak! The host was very responsive and described the property perfectly! It was close to town and the view of the harbor is amazing! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the float planes fly in and out of Trident Basin, the boats come and go, and we saw sea lions and seals - while relaxing in bed! The space is more than adequate for two adults to be comfortable. The water pressure and endless hot water in the shower was so relaxing at the end of a long day!Five stars all the way!"
