    Located in a sought-after residential area on the edge of the forest in Koblenz-Karthause (Karthäuserhof area), near the University of Applied Sciences and the Federal Archives. Shopping options (Rewe, Aldi, etc.) are a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. The bus stop for the train station and city centre is just 3 minutes away.

    Long-term guests are welcome—significant discount/monthly flat rate.
