Wonderful hotel, but tiny, tiny rooms
Wonderful hotel, really nice people, but rooms are tiny. Very hard for two people to fit. Aside from that, great location.

Everything was better than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the shower, as I am not a bath person. Not every staff can speak English but they tried their best to help every time. I enjoyed my stay and it was awesome.

酒店靠近唐人街，走到对面下去就是地铁站，而且就是通过地面商店街走到三宫站也不远，价格实惠，还有免费的咖啡和茶供应，性价比高。

I can say this is excellent hotel. With a location near city's Chinatown and shopping street,not too far from seaside park and convenience store nearby, really convenient. Hotel also lobby is like futuristic design there are two circles table one for reception and one for classic music player. Plus customer lobby which is a place for breakfast, from 3pm to 10pm free coffee and tea is provide. For coffee , beside from normal black coffee, latte, cappuccino is also provide. And room in my personal opinion they provide shower room rather than bathtub in other hotels which is okay for me. And interior is well decorate. And last is breakfast, it come in set meal unlike other hotel which provide buffet however they provide bread buffet, may not interest who get used in to buffet but for me, it's nice idea for reducing food waste. Overall it's really worth of money. Really recommend. I suggest you should try to rest here once

The property was in a good place close to a station but also walking distance from a lot of stuff. The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Big wide bright spacious room, cheaper than much smaller rooms in other nearby hotels. Not plush or gorgeous but very comfortable. Huge bed, soft pillow. Big towels. Location right at the gate of Chinatown and a few steps from 3 different train stations. Staff attentive and helpful. Free tea and coffee in thr lobby for residents from 3pm to midnight each day, with many options in very nice open lounge. Minus points: off the JR special rapid train line (shinkaisoku) so you have to connect at Sannomiya or Kobe (minor inconvenience). Cleaning staff noisy in the morning. No bath, though huge walk-in shower is great in its own way. Only 2 coin laundry machines for the whole building, so the wait time can be frustrating when in a hurry. Towels and amenities not provided in a bag hung at the door when "do not disturb" is selected, which is normal in many hotels in Japan. Overall, would recommend and would use again. Positive far outweighs minor negatives.

For me-would return
Typical Japanese business hotel..small room but comfortable for me as a single person Wifi worked -but had to login every day with password etc ...Breakfast option is ok Bathroom is very good with rain shower and other options. Next to China Town and across the street from Daimaru there are many places to eat..

The hotel is so close to everything. Staff provided clear information upon your request. Free coffee bar in the lounge is a bonus. The shower system is excellent after your long walk during the day. Walking distance to 三宮站which is the major transportation hub to other cities. Definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Motomachi, Kobe
Very convenient, super clean, stylish hotel with added extras like being green (you can save your toiletry amenities which helps their environmental projects), a free to listen record bar, coffee/tea station available in the afternoons and evenings. The reception is on the 2nd floor which is a bit odd, but the elevator opens there automatically for safety purposes. The area is not noisy as I'd expected. About 5mins from Motomachi Station. Really, a great hotel.
